Machine Operation/:Operate VMC CNC machines to perform machining tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and tapping with precision. 2. Monitoring/: Continuously monitor machine operations to detect and correct any deviations or issues.
3. Inspection/: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet required specifications. 4. Adjustments/: Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality and operational efficiency. 5. Routine Maintenance/: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn tooling on VMC CNC machines.
6. Troubleshooting/: Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions or programming errors promptly. 7. Safety Compliance/: Follow all established safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. 8. Collaboration/: Work closely with team members, engineers, and supervisors to optimize machining processes and meet production targets.
