We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Telecaller cum Office Admin & Client ervice Representative. In this role, you will manage daily office operations, interact with clients, and make outbound calls to potential clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Graduate (Bachelors Degree)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, office administration, telesales, or inside sales
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining products and services to generate appointments

Generate leads and prospects over the phone

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

Identify business opportunities and manage client accounts

Handle office administration tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining files, ordering office supplies, and keeping the office organized

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy

Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients receive timely and accurate information about our products and services

Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient delivery of services

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
