Regional Sales Manager

Akshara Engineering Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with extensive experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in cable management solutions, earthing materials, and related electrical infrastructure products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, consultants, and distributors.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company’s sales strategies.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Conduct negotiations with clients, ensuring profitable sales contracts and agreements.
- Close deals efficiently while maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
- Track sales metrics and suggest improvements for sales processes.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
✅ Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the cable tray manufacturing industry✅ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of products relating cable trays and related solutions.
✅ Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in leading and motivating a sales team.
✅ Networking & Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
✅ Target-Oriented: A proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
✅ Technical Acumen: Familiarity with product specifications, industry standards, and technical sales.
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
