Shift:

Rotational Shifts (Any 9 hours in a 24/7 window)

Key Requirements:

Education:

• Undergraduate/Graduate (Any stream)
• HSC (with a minimum of 6 months of work experience)
• Language Proficiency:
• Fluent in both English and French
• Minimum *B2 level certification in French* is mandatory
• Work Environment:
• Work From Office

Shift Flexibility:

• Willing to work any 9-hour shift within a 24/7 rotational schedule

• *Fresher:* 6.5 LPA
• *Experienced (12+ months):* 7.5 LPA

Recruitment Process:

1. Maki Test:

• Must score B2 or above

1. HR Interview:

• Interaction to assess suitability

1. French Voice Assessment:

• Evaluate verbal communication skills in French

• Client interaction in French
