Position: Support Analyst / Senior Support Analyst
Experience Needed:
Experience as a System Admin, Office Admin, or Department User in a 50+ bed hospital using HIMS, or experience in an HMS company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls and email requests from HIMS users in hospitals.
- Identify resolutions for issues, curate tickets, and escalate to the appropriate resolver group.
- Communicate effectively with clients about ticket resolutions and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the resolver team to ensure timely updates.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of application limitations and bug resolution.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in HTML and SQL (PL SQL / MySQL) is an advantage
- Ability to customize reports using SQL queries (PL/SQL).
- Familiarity with hospital operations and HIMS is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and one regional language.
Working Conditions:
- day workweek with rotational weekends off.
