Job Title: Sales Manager Commercial Real Estate (Pre-Leased Assets)
Location: Gurgaon, India
Job Type: Full-time

Maximum CTC : 15 Lakhs+perks / 30% hike on current CTC

Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales of pre-leased commercial real estate asset sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate sales, excellent networking skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for pre-leased commercial real estate assets.
  • Identify and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutional investors, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities and potential clients.
  • Present investment opportunities and conduct negotiations to close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape to provide insights to investors.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Liaise with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales, particularly in pre-leased assets.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment principles and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
