Senior Software Engineer (Python) - Bangalore

Requirements

• Ship Fast & Often – We deploy to production multiple times a week (or even daily). You should be comfortable with rapid iteration.
• Ownership & Initiative – This is a broad, self-directed role. We expect you to be proactive and take full responsibility for your work.
• Clear Communication – In a small, high-performance team, over-communication is preferred over under-communication.

• Designing and building scalable backend systems using Python.
• Developing and optimizing high-performance APIs.
• Architecting and maintaining containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Troubleshooting complex system issues and improving overall system performance.
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive technical strategy.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have:

• Strong experience with Python and backend development.
• Proficiency in system design and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and optimize performance.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Familiarity with our tech stack (Python, Next.js, TypeScript).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
