Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at skilledUp in Noida. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing students needs, and developing personalized career plans.The Counselor will also collaborate with the placement program to ensure smooth student transitions into the workforce.

Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized guidance and support to students.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess students needs and goals.
- Develop customized career plans aligned with students aspirations.
- Collaborate with the placement team to ensure seamless transitions into the workforce.
- Build empathetic relationships to address students concerns and challenges effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi communication.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
- Basic knowledge of career development and assessment methodologies.
- Ability to understand students needs and provide tailored career guidance.
