Catalyze Capital is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Junior Real Estate Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the real estate industry. Qualifications And Skills
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate the benefits of our properties and services to potential clients.
  • Experience in commercial real estate.
  • Understanding of market trends and the ability to forecast future industry developments.
  • Highly motivated and result-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Must have skills: real estate (Mandatory skill)
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients to generate leads and drive sales in the real estate market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored property solutions.
  • Conduct property viewings and present detailed information about properties to clients.
