As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our marketing organisation and ensuring that we are operating at peak efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing data, process, and technology, with previous experience working on marketing/BDR operations and analytics.
Your key responsibilities as a Marketing Operations Manager will be to:
- Collaborate with Marketing leadership, BDRs, and Revenue Operations to drive leads, optimise the marketing funnel, and refine account-based and GTM strategies
- Manage and improve marketing lead processes in HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring data quality, compliance, and proper nurturing through the funnel
- Lead marketing performance reporting, defining dashboards and KPIs to track business performance, conversions, and ROI
- Oversee marketing automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and BDR productivity, and lead related strategic projects.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing programs, campaigns, and activities for effectiveness, staying updated on industry trends to ensure innovative approaches
- Adhere to the company's security policy and maintain compliance across all marketing operations
To join us as a Marketing Operations Manager you will need the following experience and skills:
- Extensive experience leading marketing operations, particularly in SaaS, finance, or technology industries, with a strong track record of developing and implementing effective strategies
- Expertise in marketing automation, technology solutions, and managing leads within platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, including lead scoring, management, enrichment, and reporting - Essential
- Advanced understanding of marketing data, analytics, AdTech, MarTech, campaign insights, and digital measurement tools, including Google Analytics and BI platforms like Tableau or Looker
- Skilled in supporting and reporting on demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs at organisational, functional, and program levels
- Proven ability to optimise workflows and processes for inbound opportunity conversion, with hands-on experience in analysing and scaling campaign performance
- Demonstrated experience in building comprehensive marketing lead funnel reporting to track outcomes and improve performance at all levels
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive marketing innovation
