Overview:

Job Description
  • As a Quality Assurance Consultant, you will be a key client facing resource leading discussions on QA strategies, approaches, industry best practices, automation etc.
  • You will be the advisor to the client on implementing improved, optimized and standardized QA processes.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ability to define and design QA strategies/frameworks and drive adoption across QA organization
  • Ability to lead independent Test Maturity Assessment, Process Standardization and QA Process Improvement initiatives
  • Ability to chart transformation roadmaps for establishing enterprise wide TCoE
  • Adept at understanding and handling shift of QA with latest and emerging technologies
  • Agile, Mobile & Digital, DevOps and Cloud adoption
  • Good communication, leadership and team management skills and good at managing expectations
  • Ability to build productive relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors
  • Hands on experience in all
phases of the Software Development Life cycle
  • Working knowledge of test tools OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Adaptability

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Should have at least 10-15 years of experience : At least 10 years of experience in the Quality Assurance field.
  • 5+ years of consultative role experience
  • Should have experience in engaging senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing global scale, distributed organizations.
  • Results-oriented individual with strong influencing, consensus building and negotiating skills.
  • Articulate and persuasive oral and written communications skills.
