What You'll Do

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on our founding team, you'll be responsible for developing AI-driven applications and building out the infrastructure that powers them. This role is hands-on and multifaceted, allowing you to work across the entire tech stack while developing machine learning models and deploying them at scale.

• Build, Test, Iterate: Rapidly prototype and test ML models, leveraging a build-and-fail-fast approach. You'll work across the entire stack, optimizing models, integrating them, and adapting solutions to meet changing needs.
• Develop Intelligent AI Solutions: Design, implement, and deploy ML-driven features, such as demand forecasting, product recommendations, and customer support tools, that directly impact our platform and customers.
• Hacker Mindset: Find creative solutions to engineering challenges with resourcefulness and agility. Embrace quick iterations, proof of concepts, and workarounds to solve problems pragmatically.
• Collaborate as a Builder: Partner closely with product and design teams to turn high-level goals into scrappy but impactful solutions. As a founding engineer, your work will influence product decisions, and you'll be a critical voice in shaping our tech stack.

• Experienced in AI/ML and Full-Stack Development: You have a proven track record with ML models and full-stack technologies (e.g., Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js) and are comfortable building end-to-end applications.

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or AI, with a focus on end-to-end model development and deployment.
• Strong proficiency in ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and experience with production-level software engineering.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models in live environments and optimizing for scale, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and a working knowledge of ML Ops practices.
