Description
We are looking for an integrated media expert who is adaptable, creative and a problem solver to deliver on our brand and business goals. The candidate will be responsible to create customized media solutions/products/mechanisms to deliver media attributable business growth in a fast paced multifaceted environment
Key job responsibilities
(i) Formulate annual media strategies capturing budgeting, media mix, audience strategy, growth partnerships along with annual calendar for each marketing intervention.
(ii) Lead end-to-end 360 marketing campaigns (strategy to planning to execution to optimization to performance analysis )
(iii) Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (brand marketing, research, business teams, performance marketing etc.) to maximize cross functional efforts for each campaign.
(iv) Should demonstrate mastery in verbal and written proficiency
A day in the life
(i) Manage internal and external stakeholders by setting expectations on timelines, media outputs and expected brand/business outcomes
(ii) Ensure each work-stream (driven independently or for the overall org) is on track by creating effective mechanisms for tracking, allocating responsibilities and internal escalations
(iii) Continuously monitor daily media output to brand/business outcomes to make optimization choices to meet campaign objectives
(iv) Participate in meetings/discussions across teams within the org to share learnings (established playbooks), provide strategic POV on media and co-own brand/business goals with cross functional teams.
Basic Qualifications- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
