Performance Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts across Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in campaign optimization, strategy development, and team leadership, with the ability to pitch and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
• Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, ensuring high-quality execution and innovation.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new ad formats, and algorithm changes.
• Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and reports for potential and existing clients.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Meta and Google Ads.
• Proven track record in campaign optimization, scaling budgets, and achieving KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools.
• Experience in leading a team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to develop and present compelling pitches to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing performance marketing for B2B/B2C brands.
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising is a plus.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a bonus.
