Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to anticipate changes in supply and demand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and budget accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Analytical skills to assess supplier performance and market trends.
  • Knowledge of legal regulations and compliance related to procurement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
