ROLE Project Coordinator (Corporate interior fit-outs)

EXPERIENCE - 3+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their interior design preferences and requirements.
• Create design concepts and plans using AutoCAD or other design software.
• Select materials, furnishings, and dcor elements that meet the client's budget and preferences.
• Present design concepts to clients and make revisions based on their feedback.
• Develop project timelines and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure materials and furnishings are delivered and installed according to the project schedule.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into design projects.
• Collaborate with other designers and team members to ensure a cohesive design approach.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with building codes and regulations.

Portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects.
