With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth system operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their technical issues and concerns.
- Troubleshoot system and application problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure smooth system operations.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance product knowledge and provide better support.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
