Position Name: SAP Business One Techno Functional ExpertExperience: 3 to 5 years.
Salary Range: Between 6 to 8 LPA

Job Responsibilities:
- Taking all queries related to IT from different departments/locations
- Serve as SAP functional expert on the business process team
- Crystal Report / Layout Design and development
- Queries design / development
- All Hardware/Networking related activity support based on requirement
- Training to required departments & Proper Documentation
- Day to Day activity recording and reporting
- Co-ordination with 3rd party consultant
- Perform and support unit and integration testing efforts
- Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Facilitate solution architecting workshops with business managers and end-users to determine the functional requirements
- Works with the business unit to develop business requirements, project deliverables, cost/benefit requirements, specifications, business architectural models, and use-case scenario specifications
- Travel to different units/locations of the organization
- Accountable for translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, building or enhancing the overall solution, testing and deploying quality work products for various business units
- Responsible for all IT related activities as an IT team member.
- Provide real time strong support to logistic and financial SAP Business One users
- Provide End user training manual and end user on hand training on real time basis
- Database Maintenance and backup
- Data Import / Export and Migrating
- Needs to be involve in MIS related activities and support
