Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound leads from the website, social media, and other digital platforms.

Educate potential customers about various insurance plans and help them choose the best one.

Drive sales through online consultations, calls, chat, and email support.

Assist customers in completing online policy purchases and resolving queries.

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to improve lead conversion rates.

Maintain customer records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

Meet and exceed sales targets.

Stay updated with insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Knowledge of life, health, or general insurance products.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience with CRM tools and digital communication channels.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in an insurance or fintech sector.
