Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for our FMCG products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a deep understanding of the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform digital marketing strategies.
  1. Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and sales, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  1. Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage social media content calendars, create and curate content, and engage with followers.
  1. Influencer and Content Marketing:
  • Identify and partner with influencers and content creators to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  1. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to inform future digital marketing strategies.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources and maximize ROI.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on FMCG or related industry.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Experience working in the FMCG industry, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
