- Proactively connect with new and potential students through various communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Guide them on the best program for them according to their profile and accordingly explain the benefits of the courseand why it is best suited for them
- Maintain the target metrics by converting potential students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Generate walk-ins within branch
- Resolve queries related to courses and admission.
- Strong listening and presentation skills
