Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as both Head of Operations and Chief of Staff. This hybrid role will oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and drive execution across teams while acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO, managing strategic priorities, and leading high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
  • Collaborate with the CEO to align operations with the company's vision and long-term goals.
  • Act as a thought partner, providing insights and recommendations to shape strategy.
  • Drive special projects, such as market expansions, mergers, and new initiatives.
Operations Management
  • Oversee company-wide operations, ensuring teams and processes are running efficiently.
  • Optimize workflows across departments (e.g., marketing, sales, HR, finance).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial planning for operational projects.
Team Coordination
  • Act as a central point of communication between leadership and teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of company goals.
  • Lead weekly meetings to track progress on key initiatives and resolve bottlenecks.
Leadership Support
  • Serve as an extension of the CEO, representing them in meetings or on key projects.
  • Prioritize and execute on behalf of the CEO, ensuring their focus remains on strategic tasks.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and updates for stakeholders.
Cultural Stewardship
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the organization.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in operations, project management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align operations with organizational goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with executives, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like Asana, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, and CRMs.
  • Leadership: Experience managing and mentoring diverse teams.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities.
