This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive selling abilities, and a target-driven approach. It is ideal for individuals who are confident, goal-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Lead Generation Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions. 2. Customer Relationship Management Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
Address customer queries and resolve issues effectively. 3. Target Achievement & Performance Tracking Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer feedback. Continuously improve sales strategies based on customer interactions.
4. Market Research & Product Knowledge Stay updated on product features, pricing, and industry trends. Gather insights on customer preferences and competitor offerings. 5. Reporting & Collaboration Maintain accurate customer databases and update CRM software.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback. Work closely with the sales and marketing team for campaign strategies. Skills & Qualifications Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with a clear and engaging voice. Sales & Negotiation: Strong persuasion and closing skills. Customer Handling: Ability to handle objections and provide solutions. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and email handling.
