Responsibilities- Lead a team of data engineers and data scientists in designing, developing, and implementing data solutions using AWS Data Bricks
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet their business needs
- Design and implement data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data models
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data engineering and data science
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing data solutions using AWS Data Bricks
- Strong understanding of AWS Data Bricks, including data ingestion, transformation, and storage
- Experience with distributed systems, big data technologies, and cloud computing
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience in leading a team of data engineers and data scientists
