Job Title: Inbound Sales Associate

**Job Summary:**

You will guide potential students about Emversity&aposs educational products and recommend the best degree programs based on their aspirations and career goals.

• Handle incoming calls from prospective students and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Convert phone inquiries into campus walk-ins and successful admissions.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about Emversity&aposs degree programs and educational offerings.
• Understand the needs and preferences of prospective students to suggest the most suitable degree options.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor while communicating with potential students and parents.
• Track and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.

• Proven experience in inbound or inside sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping students make informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree in business or related field is preferred.
