Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Find & hire top talent using your own database, networks, and smart hiring strategies.
- Negotiate smartly to onboard the best candidates while keeping salaries within budget.
- Run amazing interviews to evaluate both skill & culture fit.
- Make the workplace fun & inspiring! Plan team events, activities, and celebrations.
- Shoot reels & create content to showcase company culture on social media.
- Recognize & appreciate employees through rewards & engagement programs.
- Track employee performance & productivity with structured evaluation methods.
- Ensure timely salary processing and maintain clean payroll records.
- Implement KPI-based incentives & rewards to keep employees motivated.
- Create & implement HR policies that align with company goals.
- Build a strong onboarding & training process for new employees.
- Handle grievances & conflict resolution professionally.
What Were Looking For
5+ years of HR experience (Talent Acquisition + Culture + Payroll).
Creative & fun personality loves planning engagement activities & shooting content.
Recruitment expert strong at finding, evaluating, and closing top candidates.
Payroll & Compliance knowledge can handle salary processing & work regulations.
People-first mindset great at employee handling & motivation.
Strong negotiation skills can get the best candidates at the right cost.
