Security Engineer

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Familiarity with internal IS practices such as the standards or compliance support are helpful, but not required.

• Define and Implement Test Plans: Develop comprehensive test plans for AI applications, including identifying diverse use cases, creating test scenarios, and ensuring the coverage of all relevant end-user perspectives.
• AI Model Evaluation and Tuning: Conduct detailed testing of AI models, focusing on areas like truth testing, consistency, completeness, and dialog flow. Provide critical tuning feedback to improve model performance and accuracy.
• End-User Coordination and Support: Collaborate with pilot end users to gather feedback on AI application performance, ensuring their input is integrated into the testing and development process.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, providing detailed feedback and actionable recommendations to enhance AI applications.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead the UAT process, ensuring AI applications meet the necessary standards and align with user expectations before deployment.
• Security and Compliance Oversight: Although familiarity with internal IS practices is not required, ensure that AI applications align with security risk and compliance standards, leveraging specialized knowledge in Security Strategy and Compliance
• LLM Tuning: Proficient in optimizing Large Language Models for enhanced performance.
• Generative AI: In-depth understanding of generative AI applications and testing methods.
• Testing Lifecycle: Comprehensive knowledge of the AI testing lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Data Analysis: Expertise in analyzing test data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Change Management: Strong capability in managing technology transitions and adoption.
• Security and Compliance: Familiarity with security risk management and compliance in AI projects.
• AI Testing and Quality Assurance: Extensive experience in testing AI applications, ensuring performance and accuracy.
• LLM Tuning: Expertise in fine-tuning Large Language Models to optimize performance.
• Generative AI: Practical experience with generative AI models in various use cases.
• End-User Collaboration: Proven ability to gather and integrate feedback from end users.
• Security and Compliance: Strong background in aligning AI projects with security standards.
• Data Analysis: Skilled in analyzing test data to provide actionable insights.
• Change Management: Experienced in managing the adoption of AI technologies within organizations.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management, LLM Tuning , Generative AI, Testing Lifecycle, Change Management and Data Analysis
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Security Risk and Compliance and Security Strategy
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management, LLM Tuning , Generative AI, Testing Lifecycle, Change Management and Data Analysis
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office
