Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and professional Hostess to join our team at a luxury hotel located in Andheri, Mumbai. The Hostess will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service to guests and coordinating with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.

Exp: min 1 year

• Greeting guests and escorting them to their tables
• Managing reservations and waiting lists
• Answering phone calls and providing information about the restaurant
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and lobby area
• Assisting with seating arrangements and table setup
• Coordinating with the restaurant staff to ensure timely and efficient service
• Assisting with guest inquiries and complaints
• Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions about menu items

• 1-4 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of reservation and point-of-sale systems
• Fluent in English and Hindi
