Mechanical Quality Control Inspector 0 to 5 yrs exp Full job description /: Mechanical Quality Control /(QC/) Inspector ensures that mechanical components and systems meet quality and safety standards. The qualifications required typically include/: 1.
Education & Certifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. 2. Experience 2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical inspection, quality control, or a related field. Experience in industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or power plants is advantageous.
3. Technical Skills Knowledge of QA/QC standards /(ISO, ASME, AWS, API/) Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications Familiarity with inspection tools and equipment /(e.g., micrometers, calipers, ultrasonic testing equipment/) Understanding of welding inspection, NDT techniques, and material testing Experience with reporting and documentation for audits and compliance 4.
