We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Soft Skill Trainer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training sessions aimed at enhancing participants interpersonal skills and overall professional development.
Responsibilities- Conduct soft skills training sessions for diverse groups of participants.
- Develop training materials and resources tailored to the needs of the audience.
- Assess participants skill levels and provide feedback for improvement.
- Facilitate role-playing and group activities to enhance learning experiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in training or teaching, preferably in soft skills development.
- Strong understanding of various soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Hindi or a regional language.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants through interactive training methods.
- Proficiency in using presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint) and online training platforms.
