Must Have Skills & Experience
SaaS-based enterprise B2B IT product sales experience
Proven sales record: $1M+ annually
Networking & selling at international IT events (3+ events, 2+ years)
International Sales Experience: Experience in international sales in UAE, KSA, USA, or UK (at least in any 2 of these countries)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Responsibilities.- B2B Enterprise Sales Expertise: Must have experience in selling enterprise B2B IT products and customized solutions, particularly to global and international enterprises.
- Network Building & Lead Generation: Skilled at building a robust business network, identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales and long-term business relationships.
- Strategic Product Pitching: Proficient in delivering impactful product pitches using business stories and practical use cases, demonstrating clear, real-world value to potential clients.
- Trade/Networking Event Representation: Experienced in showcasing enterprise B2B IT products at international business and trade events, with a record of effectively communicating product advantages and building brand awareness.
- Market Research and Entry Strategy: Conduct market research to identify and assess high-potential new markets. Develop and implement entry strategies tailored for AI solutions in the SME sector.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to deal closure and post-sale support. 6. Ability to work independently, handling both strategic and operational sales functions. Should have proven track record of executing sales for 1+ Million USD in a given year.
- Partnership and Channel Development: Should have experience and ability to identify and establish strategic and referral partnerships and distribution channels to expand organizational reach. Experience building sales partnerships in regions with minimal brand presence is essential.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Adapt sales techniques to accommodate varying client needs across new regions. Proactively address challenges in scaling sales for a niche product with limited internal resources.
- Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking: Regularly track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, adjusting tactics as needed to meet targets. Ability to forecast sales and build an efficient sales pipeline in a new market with minimal guidance.
