Overview:

We have an exciting role of HR Specialist (Hire to Retire). You will play a key role in maintaining HRMS systems w.r.t employee onboarding/offboarding and ensure a smooth flow of process. This role will also require generating various HR reports.

Responsibilities:

Client & Agency Service:

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the process and day-to-day operation of the KED Bench.
  • Act as central support and point of contact for KED.
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements for lean and efficient process excellence
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall programs align and directly support achieving strategic objectives.
  • Recognize and oversee program dependencies that may impact the success of other projects.
  • Oversee and be accountable for a portfolio of cross-organizational projects, including building business cases and program/project plans, forming cross-functional workstreams, and maintaining a pulse on program health and performance.
  • Expected to learn on the job and develop a good understanding of the domain, the business process, and changes to increase contribution level.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to HR policies.
  • Update and maintain HRIS, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, and HR processes.
  • Assist employees with HR-related issues, providing timely and efficient solutions.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports, providing valuable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll data, benefits administration, and leave tracking.

  • Manage the recruitment process by evaluating candidate applications, conducting preliminary (L1) interviews to determine their fit, and orchestrating all recruitment activities to guarantee a seamless and effective hiring journey.
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather valuable feedback, which will be used to improve workplace practices and reduce employee turnover.
  • Facilitate the seamless integration of new hires into the organization by coordinating orientation sessions, providing necessary resources, and ensuring they are well-acquainted with company policies and culture.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement, including onboarding, career development, and offboarding, ensuring a positive and productive experience for all employees.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, aiming to automate HR functions to increase efficiency and reduce administrative tasks.
  • Play an active role in developing periodic communication packs to share project progress and status.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

7+ years of experience in HR operations handling Hire to Retire (Employee life cycle) , preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP (Success Factors), etc.), Excel, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Must have a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong customer service orientation, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude are required
