Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager for our Bengaluru office. As a Senior-level HR Manager at Cornerstone Softech, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is full-time and crucial for developing and executing HR strategies that enhance the organization's business objectives, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications And Skills- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or other senior HR role, with expertise in recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance (Mandatory skills).
- Strong strategic planning skills to align the HR function with business objectives and company goals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Experience in salary negotiations to ensure fair and competitive compensation packages.
- Effective conflict resolution skills to manage and resolve employee issues amicably.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure HR compliance in all practices.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
