Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources and Administration at Zuper Hotels & Resorts. The Job location is Mumbai / Pune / Mahabaleshwar / Igatpuri / New Bombay (Uran) / Palghar etc. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR and administrative tasks, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• HR Management, Employee Relations, and Policy Compliance skills
• Recruitment and Onboarding experience
• Administrative and Organizational skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Labour Laws and Regulations
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
