Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Loan Origination and Structuring: Lead the origination and structuring of construction loans, including negotiating terms, pricing, and conditions with financial institutions and lenders.

Risk Management: Evaluate project feasibility and financial viability through detailed financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment. Implement strategies to mitigate financial and operational risks associated with construction lending.

Financial Oversight: Monitor loan disbursements, project budgets, and cash flows to ensure compliance with approved financing terms and regulatory requirements. Provide ongoing financial oversight and reporting to stakeholders.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with financial partners, lenders, and investors. Serve as the primary point of contact for financing inquiries and manage due diligence processes.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, planning, and construction teams to ensure alignment of financing activities with project timelines and milestones. Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving to address financing-related issues.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards related to construction lending. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in construction loan management. Implement best practices and financial controls to optimize performance and mitigate risks.

Prepare and file tax returns, manage tax audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations
