• Develop and implement strategic sales plans in the conveying solutions space.
• Business development will be a key responsibility in this role
• Work closely with internal and external senior stakeholders to drive the business in India
• Identify potential customers and establish relationships to drive business growth.
• Manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance sales environment.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development departments to understand and promote company products.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market activities in the Industrial / Manufacturing and Engineering sectors.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Sales Manager - Conveying Solutions' should have:

• 10 years of overall experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing sectors - with experience in conveying solutions space.
• The ideal candidate should have an experience of working with clients in the food and beverage industry
• S/he should have atleast 5+ years of leadership experience of managing teams
• S/he should have a 360 degree exposure of sales, marketing and business development.
