Job Summary:

This role requires frequent travel, on-site inspections, and interaction with customers to ensure compliance with telecom tower specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Quality Audits of telecom towers based on the provided check sheet.
• Arrive at sites on time and carry out Acceptance Tests as per established guidelines.
• Ensure strict safety compliance at work sites.
• Verify Measurement Books (MB) to ensure accurate site records.
• Properly fill check sheets and submit them for further processing.
• Perform required on-site quality inspections and validations.
• Coordinate with customers to obtain drawing approvals as per project requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of check sheets to the Head Office (HO).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience in telecom site audits, quality control, or technical inspections.
• Background in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Willingness to climb telecom towers and travel frequently.
• Strong learning ability and adaptability to different locations.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders.
• Critical thinking, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about maintaining quality and safety standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Budgeted CTC: 2,16,000 per annum
