JOB DESCRIPTION

Associate Process Manager Roles and responsibilities:

• Working with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues
• The individual will translate collected data into business decisions by assisting in the analysis, automation, visualization, modeling and reporting of data.
• Collaborating with the client and the different internal teams and use his/her analytical skills to help guide partners to make strategic business decisions and improve performance.
• He or she will be in a client facing role and will work with senior client leadership (Directors and above) hence should be flexible as per availability of client leadership.
• Collaborate with all departments for gathering data and organizing it into meaningful datasets
• Analyze data to gather customer behavior insights, identify trends, and analyze product performance and key business drivers
• Innovative approach towards Visualization would be required to implement.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any

Technical and Functional Skills:

• Master's / Bachelor's degree in Management / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics or any related quantitative discipline
• Overall experience of 6 years in BI, analytics and reporting with hands on experience in Tableau/PowerBI, SQL and Excel
• Prior experience of working on Dashboards, generating visual products, presentations and reports is required.
• SQL querying knowledge to source data from a variety of enterprise data sources and/or external data sources to create complex reports
• Ability to drive the work independently and also work effectively in a team environment
• Hands on experience in Power BI, SQL and Excel is a must
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Familiarity with data collection software and protocol
• Knowledge of Data science tools like R, Python will be an added advantage
