Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is essential for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather competitive intelligence to inform business strategies.
• Develop and execute strategies for identifying and qualifying leads.
• Utilize various channels such as networking, social media, and cold outreach to generate interest.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Assist in closing deals by effectively communicating the value proposition.
• Track and analyze business development metrics and KPIs.
• Provide regular updates and reports on progress to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
