Location: Chennai (Office-Based)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth through outbound sales calls, emails, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, referrals, and outbound sales calls.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to upsell/cross-sell and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential customers using sales intelligence tools and databases.
- Make outbound sales calls, emails, and social media connections to engage with prospects.
- Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to close.
- Conduct needs assessments and present solutions to customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report sales performance using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product) to align sales strategies.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or sales-related role.
- Proven track record of sales success.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
