Roles and Responsibilities- Recruitment Support
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor networks.
- Screen resumes to shortlist candidates meeting job requirements and conduct initial interviews to evaluate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role expectations and ensure alignment in candidate selection.
- Candidate Management
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and organize candidate data for streamlined recruitment processes.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage candidate communication to ensure smooth interactions.
- Provide timely updates to candidates on their application status, fostering a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Coordination and Collaboration
- Work closely with Project Managers to prepare accurate job descriptions (JDs) based on skill matrices and specific project requirements.
- Align recruitment efforts with organizational goals by understanding the needs of various departments and stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between recruiters, hiring teams, and management to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify and assess top talent across industry competitors, ensuring a competitive edge in recruitment.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies using a mix of portals, social media, employee referrals, and external vendors.
- Monitor and optimize the utilization of various sourcing channels to achieve cost-effective and high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Process Improvement
- Regularly review and update recruitment processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide feedback on hiring strategies and suggest improvements to better meet organizational needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge recruitment methodologies.
- Be process driven and professional.
