Role: Project Manager - AVLocation: Bangalore
We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to spearhead the integration of audiovisual technologies into transformative workspace environments. This role demands a blend of technical acumen and project management skills to lead AV projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of AV projects, ensuring they meet the objectives outlined in the project scope.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and technical teams to integrate AV systems into workspace designs seamlessly.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within cost constraints.
- Conduct risk assessments for AV projects, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders about project status, adjustments, and advancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout project execution.
- Foster a collaborative project environment, motivating teams to achieve high performance and meet delivery targets.
What we expect:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Audiovisual Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record as a project manager in AV systems integration, with substantial experience leading large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest AV technologies and their application in commercial interiors.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management software tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
