Location: Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to spearhead the integration of audiovisual technologies into transformative workspace environments. This role demands a blend of technical acumen and project management skills to lead AV projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of AV projects, ensuring they meet the objectives outlined in the project scope.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and technical teams to integrate AV systems into workspace designs seamlessly.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within cost constraints.
• Conduct risk assessments for AV projects, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders about project status, adjustments, and advancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout project execution.
• Foster a collaborative project environment, motivating teams to achieve high performance and meet delivery targets.

What we expect:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Audiovisual Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record as a project manager in AV systems integration, with substantial experience leading large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest AV technologies and their application in commercial interiors.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
