Project Delivery Engineers
Utilize and maintain John Crane project management methods, standards, and processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop schedules for all project phases and implement the agreed WBS structure to maintain control.
Coordinate, monitor, and report on internal (Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement) and external (Suppliers, Customers) schedules.
Highlight critical path activities and other constraints within project schedules.
Analyze progress to detect deviations and escalate issues or potential problem areas.
Prepare contingency and mitigation plans and associated schedules as necessary.
Create and maintain a Master Document Register (MDR) per John Crane and client requirements.
Review documents/drawings for quality and completeness against John Crane and customer specifications.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of overall project schedules.
Control and record all documentation transmittals using appropriate tools and processes.
Monitor the document/drawing approval cycle to ensure approvals as per the project schedule.
Support key project management processes, including handover and kick-off meetings, order management, risk management, and cost management.
Facilitate effective communication mechanisms among cross-functional team members.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the John Crane Project Management framework.
Lead and support delivering medium and small projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
Support the training and development of team members, including junior engineers and documentation staff.
Relevant engineering experience in project management, order execution or similar roles.
Preferably experienced in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, OEM, or other project-driven environments.
Knowledge of API plans for pump seal systems, lube oil consoles, or oil lubricating systems is an advantage.
People Skills: Stakeholder management and well versed with communication with senior management
BE (Mech/Chemical) with experience between 5 - 8 years.
