As a SharePoint Consultant, you will analyze the business needs, design and implement tailored SharePoint solutions by configuring features, developing Workflows and integrating with other systems, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience while providing ongoing support, security and training to maximize the value of the platform for the organization.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct thorough assessments of business processes to identify areas where SharePoint can improve efficiency and information management.
- Develop/Reviews SharePoint architectures, including site structure, content types, metadata, and security models to align with business requirements.
- Integrate SharePoint with other applications and email systems to streamline user experience.
- Provide user training on SharePoint functionalities and best practices, including ongoing support for troubleshooting issues.
- Develop and implement governance guidelines to maintain data quality, consistency, and security within the SharePoint environment.
- Monitor SharePoint performance and identify areas for optimization to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Provide SharePoint development and administration, budget and financial reporting, manage invoicing, and develop training manuals and user guides as and when required.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SharePoint solutions.
What you bring:
- Deep understanding of SharePoint features, configuration options, and security management.
- Familiarity with programming languages like C#/HTML/CSS or JavaScript for custom development when needed.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional SharePoint solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
