Application Developer

Educational Qualification : 15 years of fulltime education

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with the Salesforce platform, developing custom solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

• Lead the development and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions, including designing and configuring custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, utilizing tools such as REST and SOAP APIs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Solid grasp of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions.
