We are looking for:Senior AI/ML Engineer - NLP & Generative AI

.Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge NLP and Generative AI solutions.

.Design and build robust data pipelines for processing and integrating text-based data for NLP applications.

.Develop, train, and refine NLP and generative AI models, including writing post-processing scripts to optimize outputs.

.Champion best practices in software development to ensure efficient and maintainable NLP and generative AI systems.

.Propose and influence architectural decisions to guarantee the scalability and performance of NLP and generative AI applications.

.Foster a culture of clean code principles and best practices within the team for NLP and generative AI development.

.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP and generative AI solutions into various products seamlessly.

.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a continuous learning environment prioritizing innovation in NLP and generative AI.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

.Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

.5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP).

.Expertise in developing and deploying production-ready NLP models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.

.Strong understanding of core NLP concepts, including recurrent neural networks (RNNs), gated recurrent units (GRUs), and sequence networks.

.Proficiency with NLP fundamentals like tokens, embeddings, and information retrieval techniques (e.g., BM25).

.Proven experience with generative AI techniques and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and smaller LLMs into practical applications.

.Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and a solid grasp of relevant NLP libraries.

.Ability to design and implement end-to-end AI/ML workflows tailored for NLP applications.

.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions for NLP and generative AI challenges.

.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

.Experience with MLOps tools and practices for NLP and generative AI workflows.

.Knowledge of data visualization tools to communicate NLP analysis and prediction results effectively.

.Experience with ETL processes and working with various text-based data formats.

.Familiarity with other programming languages like Rust or Java.
