ESK Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify and target potential clients in industries requiring IT staffing solutions.
- Utilize market research, networking, and other tools to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Acquisition & Engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as HR managers, IT managers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to establish long-term partnerships.
- Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets by delivering customized IT staffing solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing models, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are effectively translated into successful staffing solutions.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve service delivery and recruitment strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Promote the company's value proposition to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience:
25 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the IT staffing or recruitment industry.
Familiarity with IT roles and technologies is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
