We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR - Talent Acquisition (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for talent acquisition and recruitment, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to determine candidate fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
• Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events
• Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and strategies
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
