Position Overview
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives. You will lead a team of digital marketing specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement online campaigns, optimize website performance, and enhance our digital brand presence.
Key Responsibilities- Digital Strategy: Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Linked-in Ads) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Content Strategy: Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including SEO, content creation, and distribution, to improve organic search rankings and engage our target audience.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to enhance results.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring they are aligned with the company's objectives and continuously improving their skills.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Digital Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's online brand reputation, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities and recommending strategies for market penetration.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (8+ years) in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools.
