First 30 Days – Learn, Strategize & Align
🔹 Gain a deep understanding of the company’s marketing consulting approach.🔹 Take ownership of key client accounts, aligning with their business models, objectives, and performance metrics.
🔹 Collaborate with senior leadership to define team goals, growth strategies, and automation opportunities.
Next 60 Days – Lead, Optimize & Mentor
🔹 Manage a team of 2–4 Marketing Consultants, ensuring best practices in execution, strategy, and automation.🔹 Oversee high-value client accounts, focusing on long-term strategies that drive revenue growth.
🔹 Guide analysts in campaign management, data analysis, and automation-driven optimization.
🔹 Coach team members on problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and marketing execution.
Beyond 90 Days – Scale, Solve & Drive Growth
🔹 Build scalable frameworks for campaign management, reporting automation, and marketing strategy.🔹 Expand multi-channel paid media investments, improving efficiency and ROI.
🔹 Shape new consulting service offerings and drive process improvements.
🔹 Establish best practices for client communication, reporting, and proactive growth strategies.
In short: You’ll lead key client accounts, manage a team, optimize performance marketing strategies, and contribute to business growth.
Must-Have Skills
